Thank you to everyone who joined us for a day of fossil fun on Friday.
Rockwatchers had a fantastic day with the Lowewood Museum and Rockwatch team on Friday 8 April. It was so good to meet you face to face again during the Easter holidays.
Inspired by some real fossils from the collection at the Museum, the children had fun getting creative making Jurassic landscapes and plaster of Paris fossil models and also had the opportunity to have their own fossils from home identified.
We would like to thank the Lowewood Museum team for hosting such a fabulous event, and to all the families who came along and joined in the fun.
We hope to see many of you and more at our future Rockwatch events over the summer.
