Join us this Easter holiday for a fun and educational Rockwatch Pebble Day with friends from the Harrow & Hillingdon Geological Society and London Geodiversity Partnership! Follow a trail of pebble discovery through Harrow Weald Common to explore the exposed gravel section near the Geological Site of Special Scientific Interest.

What to Expect:

  • Learn about the Stanmore pebbles—why they’re special and what they reveal about London’s ancient past
  • Hunt for the many types of pebbles and learn about their geology
  • Enjoy hands-on activities and discover the fun of pebbles!
