Bucks Geology Group – Saturday 4 June: Buckingham Geological Walk.
Start at 11.00am. For children over 9 years.
A stroll around Buckingham to explore the geological story hidden in the stones. There is the local story and quite an exotic one too, all hidden here and there in the buildings, walls and monuments of the town. Buckingham is a lovely town, full of history. The walk is close to the river (for a picnic lunch) or there are many cafes, restaurants and pubs for refreshments at the end.
