There’s still plenty of time to get creative and send us your entry for this year’s Rockstars and Rockwriter Competition.
Have a look at previous entries in the gallery photos above to help get those creative juices flowing and inspire you to become one of this year’s Rockstars!
There are different age categories for the Rockstars and Rockwriters so you’ll be up against people of similar ages, and you can send in anything that has a geological theme – a model, a story, a poem, a model, a piece of clothing, a short film – the scope is only limited by your imagination!

Win Fabulous Prizes
All section winners will each receive £150-worth of geological equipment, specimens, books, videos, or art materials.
Second placed entrants will receive £125 worth of prizes.
Third placed entrants will receive £100 worth of prizes.
All winners will also be invited to attend a special prize-giving ceremony in London and have your work featured in our magazine.
Dates and Details
Deadline for entries to be sent in by 21 September 2020.
Winners notified by 30 September 2020.
Prizegiving will take place in October 2020.
