Join us for a week of exploring Dorset’s magnigicent coastline and investigating its fabulous geology. You’ll go on fossil collecting trips and other geological adventures during the day to places like Portland and have activities and talks in the evenings.
Accommodation during the week will be at the Leeson House Field Studies Centre in Langton Maltravers just outside Swanage – comfortable, spacious and with wonderful grounds. The cost of the trip includes all your food and transport during the stay and if you arrive by train you’ll be met at the station. Aimed at over 7s.
The cost of the fieldtrip is: Adults (aged from 18 up) £326.00, First child (up to 17 years) £230.00, Second child £148.00.
It’s a wonderful week with the opportunity to spend time with other children interested in geology and with experts in the field. And with luck the sun will shine!
